One of my favorite parts of the ministry is building up the Church to be more effective evangelists!
Every summer we have Churches send Mission Trip Teams to spend a week with us in Boston.
In addition to street evangelism, we pair up each Church Team with a local City Church to run a 5-Day Bible Club in the neighborhood of the local Church.
At the end of the week, the local Church has LOTS of new people and families to follow-up and continue to minister to them!
Each student learned about and did the following:
- learned practical Evangelism and street Apologetics
- share Christ one-on-one with an adult
- hand out gospel tracts to adults in the city
- help run a Kids Bible Club
- teach a Bible Song to kids
- lead a Bible Verse Memory Game with kids
- share Christ one-on-one with a kid
Please pray that each one of the students went home to their church more equipped to be effective ambassadors for Jesus Christ!
Here are photos from the week I lead with my home Church in Derry, NH. I pray you enjoy these…

This makes my heart burst with delight! On the first day of our 5-Day Kids Bible Club in the South End of Boston, my daughter, Juliana, led the Bible Memory verse game. She did a super job and I enjoyed every minute of it. The kiddos did too!

Juliana is very artsy. While I was preaching an Open Air message, she took this photo and edited it all fancy-smansy. I'm impressed by her editing skills! Praise God!

Audrey reasoning with a woman in Downtown Boston. Do strangers really stop to talk to us? Oh yes they do!

This is Kayla (right), a sweet young lady with a very tender heart. Audrey (left) shared Jesus with her. Kayla's appeared to be very close to coming to faith, and she took a few gospel booklets.

Spencer running the Bible Memory Verse game on the second day. You can see Allison in the photo. It was her job to give the kids points for their participation.

Maddie gave some of the kids opportunities to recite the memory verse without looking. They love that!

What do you do when it begins to rain on your Kid's Bible Club? You hoist a tarp over their heads and keep on going! OAC Missionary, Carol King, kept on teaching about Jesus, the Good Shepherd, from John, chapter 10. Praise God!

This is great! Humongous Adam is helping teensy JD with his Bible worksheet. Adam is such a sweet gentle giant. I love how JD is looking at him. I think this might be one of my favorite moments from the 5-Day Bible Club.
Please prayerfully consider having your Church Team join us in Boston for a week! I can guarantee that you won’t be the same again afterward!!!
Thank you for your prayers, notes of encouragement, and financial support. Without all of those, we could not be reaching the lost for Jesus Christ!
Remember to share Jesus with the Lost wherever you are, because the Lost are wherever you are.
Please feel free to share this with others you think would be encouraged by it, and who will pray!
all for Jesus,
Mark
This is so wonderful . Thanks for the photos. Do you know about the video of “The Man from George Street” . Frank Genor got saved in 1937 and he died in 1977. He made a commitment to tell 10 people about Christ every day. It was said that he led 100,000 people to Christ. I since last September 2017. I am trying to make this commitment too.
My mission field is my home town, and the train station. Awesome talks has come from people sitting on a bench reading Chick tract.
Best to you ,
Alice
