New Kid’s Message and Gospel Magic Trick: “The Good Shepherd”

I love love love love teaching The Word of God to kiddos. It’s always an honor.

I believe you don’t have to “dumb-down” Theology just because kids are listening. Kids are smart, and they can understand the truths of God if explained to them.

So when Fellowship Christian Academy invited me to preach to their K-6th Graders, I was so so so willing to do so.

And how terrific that they meet in person even during the pandemic.

My message came from John, chapter 10. In this chapter, Jesus teaches on what it means that He is “The Good Shepherd.” And nothing is more important than knowing for certain that you are one of Jesus’ sheep, protected forever in the Father’s hand.
