Dear friends,
This past Sunday I preached a sermon entitled “A Tale of Two Kings.”
This message has vital application for today, because the world is quickly becoming much more hostile to the gospel.
God is calling His followers to display greater courage!
Everyone has heard the account of “David and Goliath.” In this sermon, I demonstrate that there were actually two kings of Israel on the battlefield that day, and the true hero wasn’t David.
Also, I don’t believe that this passage teaches us to be courageous and face our giants. In fact, the message is much more profound than that, and the key is reading the chapter in the Bible right before where “David vs. Goliath” is found.
