Like Taylor and Aaron here, so many students are open to hearing and considering the gospel message!
I’m eager to give you an update on the exciting things God has been doing through University ministry.
Typically we spend the Autumn visiting lots of different colleges and universities, but this year we decided to intentionally spend our time at only two campuses, Boston University, and The University of New Hampshire.
It has been very rewarding to keep going back to the same place, as we built up a rapport with the students, and even, in the case of UNH, the Police!
God also worked through our return visits by having students run into us over and over again
As usual, we have been preaching in the open air, which often leads to great one-on-one discussions. We’ve handed out thousands of gospel tracts, and this year introduced something new, the “Good Person Test.”
I’ll provide a link to “The Good Person Test” below so you can download it to see what it says.

In addition to praying for the students mentioned above in the photos, here are some more people God sent our way that I’d like prayer for please:

Eli: Eli is a thoughtful and open Jewish student I met at UNH. I took him through the “Good Person Test” and he listened well. He asked me if I’d be willing to talk with him again for a paper he’s writing on Relativism. Of course I will! Then it came out that he’s Jewish, and I got to share my testimony verbally and gave it to him in writing as well. I’ve already followed-up by sending Eli an email message. Your prayers for Eli are appreciated!!!

Anasia: I met Anasia at Boston University. She’s a fascinating person. She’s a Hindu and studies classical Indian Dance. She took “The Good Person Test” and that opened up a good discussion on our need for forgiveness. We talked about Hinduism and how it can’t offer a solution.

Katie and Julie: I met Katie and Julie at UNH, and after talking with them, they were concerned about their eternity and took gospel literature from me.

Alex: Alex is into Eastern Religions and wanted to know if I’d be willing to take psychedelic drugs in order to have a “religious experience.” I told him that God wants us to understand Him, and to renew our minds, so taking psychedelics, which make us see reality incorrectly, would be counter-productive. It was an interesting discussion, and I pray that Alex seeks God in truth.

Olivia the Evangelist!: Olivia is a UNH student who is on fire for the Lord and wants to share her faith with as many as she can. She sent me this testimony via email: “I wanted to tell you that on the marching band’s bus ride to Pennsylvania a month or so ago, one of your trillion dollar tracts was circulating around the bus, literally being passed from row to row (I guess it might not have actually been read, but hopefully someone besides me read it). The girl sitting next to me passed it forward, but they passed it back, and it ended up in my hands. I took that as an opportunity, and God let me share with the girl to my left and the girl across the aisle to my right. Then He also let me have a conversation with my two roommates later on.” How cool that God would orchestrate it so that one of the gospel tracts would be a springboard for another Christian to share with people! I suspect this happens a lot! 🙂

Clint and Cody: Clint and Cody are two athletic students at UNH who, at first, didn’t appear too interested, but as we got further into the gospel discussion, I could see on their faces that they were thinking about eternity. It’s so wonderful when God touches a heart! Please pray that for Clint and Cody.

Erinn: Erinn is a spiritually open student at UNH. She is leaning on her Roman Catholic upbringing to save her. We had a good chat about needing Jesus to save us, not a priest, or a church, or trying to be “good enough.” None of us are good enough. We need grace. Please keep Erinn in prayer. She appeared to be open.
